First of all, I should mention that I had an in-office teeth whitening treatment almost 3 years ago. I don't smoke, I don't drink red wine, and I don't like coffee; despite that, I've lost a few shades. I decided to buy these strips to see if I could get 1 or 2 shades back because I wasn't asking for much. I read the reviews and took the plunge, so I bought them. They come very well packaged, complete with instructions. I had brushed my teeth a few hours prior, and before putting them on, I dried my teeth a bit with a tissue, but the strips were still moving around. So, I thought of the trays they gave me for my in-office whitening and put them on over the strips. I left them on for exactly 35 minutes. It caused a little sensitivity in my lower teeth, so I brushed them with Sensodyne Whitening, which is the one my dentist recommended. I have to say, I think I'll use one more strip and maybe one a month for maintenance because I've gotten back the whiteness I used to have. I should also mention that for at least a few days after, I follow a "white diet" just like I did when I had it done at the clinic. So far, I'm delighted.

I'm honestly surprised. My teeth were quite brown from drinking too much coffee, and with these strips, you see visible results in just a few days. I wear them for 30 minutes at night before bed. I brush my teeth first, dry them, and then apply the strips. After removing them, I brush my teeth again, and in just a few days, you can see how they whiten several shades. I like them. I suppose the best thing is not to overuse them; I've only used half, and my teeth are now quite white. I'll be careful with foods that stain teeth to maintain the color as long as possible, but if they darken again, I'll use the rest of the strips.

They do their job, although I had trouble putting them on at first. They whitened slightly from the first day, which surprised me quite a bit, to be honest. It's improving over time.

Since it was my first time, I did the 14-day treatment, although you can do it in 7 days.

It works perfectly it might not make your teeth super white, but you start noticing changes after a week, and they're definitely noticeable.
I recommend taking a picture of your teeth or checking their color on the card that comes with it, so you can see how much the color has improved.

They're excellent, and you can definitely see the whitening effect with regular use (I use one strip a week for 25 minutes; exceeding the recommended time can cause sensitivity). I drink at least two coffees a day, so my teeth tend to get a little stained, and I'm someone who takes great care of my smile. I like my teeth to always look clean and stain-free. The whitening strips are an addition to the oral hygiene routine you should maintain: flossing, brushing, and using a good toothpaste, and of course, visiting your dentist at least once a year. This will help prevent tartar and plaque buildup.
